Begging is an emotive issue. Some consider it to be a nuisance, others a cause for fear, and others an expressions of human freedom. In all that we attempt to do for those that beg, the individual's well-being is paramount. Our experience is that those who beg are rarely homeless ... and if they are, we have accommodation ready for them. It is not good for society to perpetuate an individual's addiction, but that is the outcome of direct giving to beggars. By making a gift to a charity that works with those begging, individuals are truly helped.

To donate to the 700 Club text BEGGING to 70085 and a donation of £5 will be made.

Alternatively, you can choose how much you want to donate (from £1 to £20, in whole pounds) - simply text BEGGING followed by a number between 1 and 20 (ie BEGGING1, BEGGING17) and a donation of the specified amount will be mad

- Texts will cost the chosen donation amount plus one standard network rate message.

Money donated by this method is specifically used to help fund the charity’s work with those begging.
