We believe that engagement in the Arts can promote the movement towards independence by replacing compulsive, addictive and self-harming behaviours with enjoyment, human connection, cognitive exercise, emotional development, expressiveness and creativity.

The sessions we hold throughout the year build on the insight that the Arts (music, theatre, craft, film, drama, dance, art, sculpture, design, history, etc) and a focus on the expression of creativity enhances quality of life, confidence, health and wellbeing.

Through these sessions, lives full of difficulties are being transformed, motivated and inspired as individual’s own creativity is harnessed as a force for change.
