The Lodge is a transitional housing project and the purpose of this role is to collaborate with support workers in providing tenancy advice to people in an emergency accommodation setting. To impart the skills to live independently and to assist residents to source more permanent accommodation.

The role will involve carrying out health and safety checks, maintaining the security of the building and ensuring the wellbeing of residents in the project. To carry out some housekeeping duties to ensure rooms, and the building, are kept to a high standard.

The role involves liaising with other members of staff to ensure that the resident receives a seamless service.

This is a permanent position. The safety of all of our residents, and staff, has been our highest priority during COVID-19. Robust protective measures are in place which have enabled us to continue providing support throughout.

The role is for 29 hours per week and is based on a 6 week rolling rota of shifts (to include early shifts 8am – 4pm, evenings shifts 3.30pm – 10.30pm and some weekends)
