The purpose of this role is to collaborate with support workers in providing tenancy advice to people in a move on accommodation setting. To impart the skills to live independently and to assist residents manage their tenancies.

To work as part of a team to provide practical support, advice and guidance to the residents around issues such as debt management, budgeting, paying rent regularly, managing their own front door and training, volunteering and employment.

The role will involve carrying out health and safety checks, maintaining the security of the building and ensuring the well being of residents in the project.

The role involves liaising with other members of staff to ensure that the resident receives a seamless service.

The role runs on a 6 week rolling rota which will include a mix of day shifts (08.00-16.00) and evening shifts (15.30 - 22.30) as well as weekend work.
