We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Team Leader to join our move on accommodation team at Church View Apartments in Darlington.

This role is to support the team within Church View with a range of administration duties including, but not limited to; reception duties, organisation of sourcing replacement items and making purchases, maintaining and auditing of health and safety records, auditing of active and closed resident files, auditing of paperwork and support plans, completing staff supervisions and appraisals and ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner.

This is a permanent position for 23.5 hours per week and is based on a 6-week rolling rota of shifts (to include early shifts 8am – 4pm, evening shifts 3.30pm – 10.30pm and some weekends).

Candidates should have at least one years' experience of team leadership in a busy office environment.
